This place simply knows how to satisfy their customers. Always with a very nice demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, constantly delightful and neat.

We really liked our brunch here. Delightfully French-inspired, but with Chef Crenn and her team's unique touch! The "service included" prices made it fairly reasonable too.

World class cuisine. Incredible, artistic, innovative cooking that brings a multi- level senses experience. Every bite is not what you expected, the layers and layers of flavors that keeps coming out in different timing. Absolutely sensational. I also land base products free. Makes it even more appealing for people like me. Mustard ice cream is one of the kind!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Food was good, service was decent. Worth trying once. Best part of the evening was our seat at the kitchen counter to see the chefs in action. Also felt super well fed at the end of 7 courses.

Went for their holiday special dinner set that's seafood based. They had us sit by the wall on the counter-top table facing the kitchen. Its nice but every time they tried to hand us the plates it forced us to move a bit. So with a 7 course dinner set that's a lots of moving to make way for them to loud our dishes on the table. Regarding there dishes, maybe its just the way how French dishes are and everyone have their own opinions but the dishes are a bit heavy on the sour side. For a nice restaurant like this you would assume maybe the still-water they serve will a dash of lemon to being out the freshness but there isn't. Just regular water. Over all this a nice clean and unique experiences ad I don't normally eat French cuisine.

Everything about our dinner was perfect. The cozy and unpretentious atmosphere, the service, the sauces (especially the tarragon fennel sauce on the butter bean dish), and the extensive use of produce. I don't love seafood but I really enjoyed this meal.

We have had the honor to visit restaurant around the world of Famous and not famous Chefs. This has to be a top 10. The words that come to mind and can’t do it justice, art form, master skills, detailed, style, ,cleanliness and perfection. Wow!!! I would work for free just to be able to eat here everyday.

Excellent ambience and very friendly service. The meals were crisp and delicious. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends. Affordable prices and generous meals. Keep it up.

Seven courses of pure bliss! Places like Petit Crenn showcase the creative possibilities, artform, and passion of food.

Came here for a special birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. Although a couple of dishes were not quite up to par (namely the good-but-not-great leeks and the thermally confused squash soup with mustard ice cream), they clearly take very creative risks in an effort to deliver the very best version that each combination of ingredients can offer. Two dishes that really stood out were the delectable squid ink boudin and the outright incredible and incomparable trout. Just ridiculously good. Service was outstanding, which you should expect from a Crenn restaurant. Highly recommend!

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we found this delicious restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a lovely time there with fine food and an experienced stuff and a great chief cook. We added this place in our phone list and we shall definitely return soon. We warmly recommend.

Stellar. Every course better than the one before. Usually, a tasting menu has at least one bummer but not this one. Five stars all the way.

Excellent food. Attentive service. Comfortable atmosphere. This is truly a wonderful spot. We chose to sit at the bar to watch the magic in the kitchen happen. The kitchen staff were all very friendly and willing to share the secrets of their craft. The fixed menu was all fresh seafood and produce that were creative and elegant. We did the wine pairing and all the pairings, with the exception of the Italian red served with the trout, were perfect complements to the food (the red was fine by itself, it just didn't match the trout very well). I'd definitely return in another season to sample their menu again.

The food had an amazing taste and the staff was efficient and friendly. However the portions and pours were very small. We left the restaurant hungry. We got the wine paring and two add ons/upgrades.

Great place, they offer a vegetarian menu which is not easy to find at fine dining establishments.

This is edible art at its finest! Petit Crenn's seafood tasting menu is an experience in fresh, local ingredients, French culinary technique, and spectacular plating! The small restaurant with a casual yet upscale setting can seem loud and crowded, but the calming white decor and warm hospitality make you feel right at home!

All dishes are excellent! Amazing clam broth, peas with Oz winter truffles are out of the world and the trout dish is perfectly executed. The only nit pick is for random reasons they only let each table being 2 bottles (max) of their own wines to open. That is not customer service, that is customer inconvenience.

We were celebrating a special occasion and Petit Crenn delivered on all fronts. The food is delicious and tremendous value for a $105 service included 7 course meal. The wine pairing took us on an awesome tour of the world via Normandy, Champagne, Cali & Rioja. Our server Andrew was awesome and just made the whole experience special. Thank you!

Disclaimer: I am an amateur fine dining fan at best, and this was my first true fine dining experience in SF. But as a rookie to the gastronomy scene, this movie was absolutely exceptional. The atmosphere is so serene, the service is fantastic (featuring detailed verbal descriptions before every new course), and the food is outstanding. I had the 7-course dinner, and although each portion was quite small, after all seven courses I was quite full. The wine menu is also remarkable. You really feel like you're dining in Brittany!

What a gem! The fish and vegetable based tasting menu is refined without being fussy and is truly delicious! The wine line is unique. The service delightful. The space elegant and pared back. Will definitely be back!

My partner and I went here for a celebratory dinner. We've been wanting to try Atelier Crenn but haven't been able to get a reservation yet, so started here. Everything about this dinner was fantastic. The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is the perfect blend of upscale and laid back, and the staff was great. I did the regular tasting menu and my partner did the vegetarian. Both were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Much could be said about Petit Crenn. A book could be written about the intricacy of the flavors and textures served, and the delicacy and care with which every single aspect of every single dish was prepared. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience elevated to a level that will be hard to top! This was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. If you’re still getting used to a fine dining experience, Petit Crenn is your springboard to a world of culinary delights!

Petit Crenn is everything I want in a restaurant. It’s small and comfy, the food is local and delicious. It feels friendly. It feels wholesome. It is not overpriced. I came here with friends for a birthday and it was a joy. We ate delicious food, with amazing dessert, some great wine and attentive service, and had a grand time.

Jesus H. Christ, you guys. The tasting menu was divine. It's all seafood based, so if you have a shellfish allergy (like the people sitting next to us) maybe go somewhere else. But for the lucky few: come, get the wine pairings, and enjoy. Everything is inspired by the foods of Brittany, so expect a lot of French wine and classic French presentation. Our waiter was a delight, cheerful and helpful.

Perfection. Best dining experience I've ever had. We booked seating at the counter but found the heat from the cooking apparatuses was high and we switched with a couple at the window who wanted the counter. Worked out for everyone. Take your time and savor every detail of flavour. All foods sustainably harvested. Waste is minimized. This restaurant is well thought out and operated seamlessly. Service from staff is like a choreographed performance. You gotta treat yourself like this at least once in your life. Indulge!

Outstanding spot for delicious french food. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. This place has a cool feel to it. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

As someone who does not do fine dining, I had an amazing experience at Petit Crenn. The service from every member who interacted with us was warm and friendly. While the food was delicious, I believe that it was watching the team in action preparing the meal with utmost care and attention that made the entire experience so good. I highly recommend setting at the bar so you can see how the dishes are prepared. Also, since it is San Francisco, you can dress however you like and no one will bat an eye.
